How do you count tracked hours?
We count the total hours from time entries synced from your ClickUp workspace each month. If you track 40 hours in Week 1 and 15 hours in Week 2, that's 55 hours for the month.
What happens if I go over 50 hours on the free plan?
We'll notify you when you're approaching the limit. Your existing reports will continue to work, but you won't be able to sync new time entries until you upgrade or the next month starts.
Can I cancel my Pro subscription anytime?
Yes, you can cancel anytime. Your Pro features will remain active until the end of your billing period, then you'll revert to the Free plan.
Do you offer annual billing?
Yes! Annual billing gives you 2 months free compared to monthly billing. That's $99/year instead of $119.88/year.
Is there a trial for the Pro plan?
The Free plan is essentially a trial - you get full access to core features with up to 50 hours. This lets you evaluate TimeTrack Pro without any commitment.
