Welcome to TimeTrack Pro
TimeTrack Pro is the ultimate companion for ClickUp users who need better time tracking reports. While ClickUp offers excellent project management features, its time reporting capabilities leave much to be desired. That's where we come in.
Why TimeTrack Pro?
If you've ever tried to generate comprehensive time reports in ClickUp, you've probably encountered these frustrations:
- No time rollup – Subtask time doesn't aggregate to parent tasks
- Limited grouping options – Can't group by tags or custom fields
- Poor export formats – Time shows as "2h 3m" instead of decimal hours
- No shareable reports – Clients need ClickUp access to see data
TimeTrack Pro solves all of these problems and more.
Getting Connected
Setting up TimeTrack Pro takes just a few minutes:
Step 1: Connect Your ClickUp Account
Click the "Connect to ClickUp" button on your dashboard. You'll be redirected to ClickUp to authorize our application. We only request the permissions necessary to read your time entries and workspace structure.
Step 2: Select Your Workspaces
Choose which ClickUp workspaces you want to sync. You can always add or remove workspaces later from your settings.
Step 3: Initial Sync
TimeTrack Pro will perform an initial sync of your time entries. Depending on your data volume, this may take a few minutes. Once complete, you'll have access to all your historical time data.
Creating Your First Report
Once your data is synced, creating reports is straightforward:
- Navigate to the Reports section
- Click New Report
- Select your date range
- Choose your grouping options (by Space, Folder, List, Task, User, or Tags)
- Click Generate
Your report will be ready instantly, complete with rollup calculations and exportable in multiple formats.
